We hand-pack every order with care, + most ship out within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends + holidays). You'll get a tracking email as soon as your package hits the road.
If you ordered during a sale or holiday rush, processing might take a little longer. We're a small but mighty team doing it all ourselves, so we appreciate your patience while we work our magic behind the scenes.

Balms, salves, + other wax-based goodies may soften in the summer and firm up in the winter. This is totally normal! In warmer months, store them in a cool, shady spot. In colder months, just let the warmth of your skin melt them into magic.
✨ Heads up if you live somewhere warm:
Orders shipping to or through hot climates — especially during summer — may arrive a bit melty. To avoid issues, we recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive the package promptly (not sitting in the sun all day). If it does melt, no worries — just pop it in the fridge for a few hours + it’ll bounce right back.
