Return Policy

Returns
Because of the hygienic nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We also don’t offer refunds based on personal scent preferences or ingredient sensitivities. Everyone’s skin (and nose!) is different, which is why we provide full ingredient lists and detailed scent descriptions for every item. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, please be sure to review the ingredients carefully before ordering, and when in doubt, patch test first!

That said, if something arrives damaged or there’s a legitimate issue with your order, we definitely want to make it right. Just reach out and we’ll take care of you.

Damaged/Lost/Stolen Orders
We pack every order with care, but once it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier, things can occasionally go sideways. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@latherandsoul.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include your:

  • Full name
  • Shipping address
  • Email + order number
  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the outer packaging

We’ll file a claim with the shipping carrier and get a replacement out to you as long as the above info is provided.

If your package is marked as delivered but nowhere to be found, don’t panic just yet—sometimes USPS scans a package as delivered a day or two early. Give it a little time, check around your property (front/back doors, porches, garage), and ask your neighbors or local post office.

Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’re always happy to help where we can. Just reach out with your order details and we’ll do our best to assist.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order—we rely on the exact information you provide. Lather + Soul Skincare can’t be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address.

If your package gets returned due to an error in the address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. If you notice an issue with your order or address after checkout, please contact us right away at hello@latherandsoul.com so we can try to catch it before it ships.
