A small handful of soaps will arrive in the previous Plainville Homestead branding.
Sunstone — the stone of joy and happiness, and a reflection of the sun – openness, warmth, mental clarity, and vitality. Sunstone transforms anger into happiness, judgment into joy, and takes negative energy and emotions around you, turning them into positivity and warmth.
Infused with genuine sunstone, "Litha Sunrise" crystal soap will uplift and invigorate your soul with its scent of happiness comprising of blood orange juice, sweet Satsuma orange, ripe goji berry, and island mango. From the first lather, you'll be captivated by its magical energy.
All soaps are created using the cold process method of soap making, using nourishing organic oils and butters to pamper your skin, and always cured for a minimum of 4 weeks for best, long last bar. Learn about soap curing and why it's important here.

Specifics
As bars are hand-cut, expect slight variations in weight, with each bar weighing approximately 4.5-5 oz.
Some soaps may have the previous and current logo stamped on the soaps from the rebranding.
Due to the use of natural ingredients and handmade nature, there may be slight color/design variations from batch to batch and colors may fade over time. This does not affect the efficacy of the soap in any way.

Soap Care
Handcrafted soaps are naturally rich in glycerin. Glycerin is a humectant that attracts water to your skin. While that's wonderful for your body, it does require a little extra care of your soap.
Allow your soap to dry naturally by storing it on a draining soap dish or rack. This allows air to circulate around it and prolongs its lifespan. Keep your soap out of direct stream of water or submerged in water for too long. Unused soaps should be stored in a cool, dry place.
Ethics
All soaps are palm-free, as palm oil production has led to environmental degradation, deforestation, and habitat loss for wildlife. Organic oils and butters are always chosen for highest quality and Fair Trade whenever available.
Ingredients
Saponified oils and butters of olive, coconut*, cocoa*, hemp seed, avocado, castor seed, fragrance oil, sodium lactate, titanium dioxide, ethically sourced micas (mica, titanium dioxide, fluorphlogopite, iron oxide).
Ingredients in bold are certified organic.

All products are handcrafted in small batches, sourced locally when possible, and working with trusted, reputable suppliers. Nearly all raw ingredients are USDA-certified organic or Ecocert approved.

Orders are processed + shipped within 5-7 business days (excluding the day the order was placed, weekends, + government holidays). An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent to you once it has shipped. Please note that the shipping schedule may differ slightly around holidays + sales.
Local Pick Up
Local Pick Up
Local customers can choose to pick up their orders to save on shipping. Orders will be dropped off weekly for pick up at White Mountain Crystals in Plainville, MA. Please wait for an email confirmation that your order is ready to collect. Orders will typically be ready in 4-5 business days. An order confirmation email/slip or photo ID is required at time of pick up.

For any of our beeswax-based products [balms, salves, etc] offered, consistency may be altered by the weather: softer in warmer months + firmer in cooler months. During warmer seasons, keep product in a cool, dark area. During colder seasons, allow the warmth from your skin to soften the product.
Shipping to or throughout hot climates, particularly in summer months, may result in a liquified product. Please keep this in mind when ordering + ensure your order is shipped to an address where it will be collected in a timely manner + not left out in the sun or hot weather. If your beeswax product melts + liquifies, this will in no way harm or alter the efficacy of your product. Should you experience this, simply toss in the refrigerator for a few hours to bring it back to its original consistency.

Due to the hygiene nature of products, returns + exchanges are not accepted. Refunds will not be allowed based on personal scent preferences or if allergic to an ingredient. We strive to provide detailed descriptions of scent notes + disclose ingredient listings to assist you in making informed purchasing decisions. Full ingredient listings are available for every product for this very reason, so please read through for any possible allergens prior to ordering.
