Each set arrives complete with:

Crystals

Each gift box will arrive in a kraft box and adorned with an ivory ribbon, and will include info cards for your Litha rituals and tools.

Each set includes:
• 1 "Litha Sunrise" foaming body polish with scoop | 5 oz
• 1 "Litha Sunrise" crystal infused artisan soap | 4.5-5 oz
• 2 honey sticks from a local apiary
• 1 variety pack of sunflower seeds for planting
• 1 beeswax tea light candle
• 1 blue apatite crystal bracelet, stretchy and fits most
• 1 set of crystals: red carnelian, citrine, tiger's eye, garnet, peach moonstone, and clear quartz

The Ritual

Litha Rituals:
- Decorate your home and altar with summer flowers, symbols of the sun, and brightly colored crystals to honor the season.

- Light a bonfire or candle to symbolize the power and warmth of the sun.

- Engage in creative pursuits like crafting, painting, or writing to celebrate your creative energy.

- Practice gratitude by reflecting on the abundance and blessings in your life.

- Host a Litha feast with friends and family, featuring fresh, seasonal fruits, vegetables, and honey.

- Spend time outdoors, connecting with nature and soaking up the sun's energy.

- Perform Litha-specific rituals, like creating a Litha wreath or making a wish jar, to honor the changing season.

Sunflower seeds: Enjoy a mix of sunflower seed varieties in each pack, producing sunflowers in a range of colors, not limited to the common yellow variety. Plant your seeds outdoors for optimal growth, smaller seeds at 1/2" depth, larger seeds at 1" depth. Water your seeds daily for the first 7-10 days.

Body Polish: Remove your crystal prior to use. Simply scoop a portion and massage gently onto damp skin. Rinse and pat dry. Store in a dry area. External use only. Do not use on broken skin. Due to the exfoliating nature, do take care when applying to any sensitive areas. Not recommended for use on your face.

Ingredients

Crystal Soap: saponified oils and butters of olive, coconut, cocoa, hemp seed, avocado, castor seed; fragrance oil, sodium lactate, sweet orange peel oil, ethically sourced micas, biodegradable glitter.

Foaming Body Polish: sugar*, water, glycerin, sodium cocoyl isethionate, cocamidopropyl betaine, quartz powder, cocoa seed butter*, shea butter*, glyceryl stearate, peg 100 stearate, stearic acid, pumpkin seed oil, avocado oil, cetyl alcohol, fragrance, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, tocopherol (vitamin E), sodium lauryl sulfoacetate, ethically sourced mica (mica, titanium dioxide, iron oxide, fluorphlogopite, tin oxide).
