Gift cards are digital and delivered by email. You can send them to yourself or directly to your recipient, and you can even choose the delivery date. Our Gift Cards do not have an expiration date and are redeemable online only at LatherandSoul.com.

Balms, salves, + other wax-based goodies may soften in the summer and firm up in the winter. This is totally normal! In warmer months, store them in a cool, shady spot. In colder months, just let the warmth of your skin melt them into magic.

Orders shipping to or through hot climates — especially during summer — may arrive a bit melty. To avoid issues, we recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive the package promptly (not sitting in the sun all day). If it does melt, no worries — just pop it in the fridge for a few hours + it’ll bounce right back.
