Balms, salves, + other wax-based goodies may soften in the summer and firm up in the winter. This is totally normal! In warmer months, store them in a cool, shady spot. In colder months, just let the warmth of your skin melt them into magic.

✨ Heads up if you live somewhere warm:
Orders shipping to or through hot climates — especially during summer — may arrive a bit melty. To avoid issues, we recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive the package promptly (not sitting in the sun all day). If it does melt, no worries — just pop it in the fridge for a few hours + it’ll bounce right back.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, returns + exchanges aren’t accepted. We also can’t offer refunds for scent preferences or ingredient sensitivities.
